Personal Information Inventory (CARRA)
Any citizen may know what personal information CARRA holds about them. Here is the list of the personal information files held by CARRA with a brief description of each file.

Client file  (French only) | Information on CARRA's clients, that is, anyone who has a business relationship with it. Clients include members and beneficiaries as well as their representatives. |

Employers/Partners file (French only) | Information about CARRA's contacts in organizations, with employers, associations and financial institutions which have a business relationship with CARRA. |

Employees file (French only) | Information required for the management of CARRA's human resources, such as staffing, remuneration, attendance, marginal benefits, health and security at work, training, payroll, investigations, contacts and access to premises. |

Retirement committees file (French only) | Information about pension committee and subcommittee members. |

Board of directors file (French only) | Information about the members of CARRA's board of directors and its subcommittees. |

Access to information file (French only) | Information about applicants, used to handle requests for access to documents held by CARRA. |

Security and access file (French only) | Information on the management of identity and access to CARRA's technologies and applications. |
