Retraite Québec has taken exceptional measures to ensure that cheques for the next payment will be available to clients as soon as possible.
Despite the resumption of postal services, the following cheques will still be distributed until January 3 at Services Québec offices distribution centres to avoid any late payments:
- Cheques related to the Québec Pension Plan (payments dated 29 November and 30 December 2024)
- Family Allowance cheques (payments dated 2 December 2024 and 3 January 2025)
- Cheques related to public-sector pension plans (RREGOP, PPMP, etc.) (payment dated 13 December 2024)

to find out the dates on which the cheques will be distributed and how to collect them.
Any cheques that have not been collected from Services Québec's offices will be forwarded to Canada Post for delivery in January. However, delays are to be expected due to the gradual resumption of postal services.

- file your applications and track them;
- choose the 100% digital option and receive notifications;
- view the breakdown of your payments;
- consult and send your documents.
