A person with a disability may be eligible for disability benefits under the Québec Pension Plan. This folder explains the conditions that must be met to be entitled to disability benefits and how the payments are made. The children (under age 18) of a person who receives a disability pension may also be entitled to a pension for a disabled contributor's child under the Québec Pension Plan.
