Direct Deposit

If you have a Canadian bank account, this service allows you to sign up for direct deposit or to change your banking information for each of the benefits you receive from Retraite Québec.
You must have a
clicSEQUR account to access My Account. To create an account, you will need a Notice of Assessment from Revenu Québec.
Change of bank account
If you change bank accounts, do not close the account in which you were receiving your benefits right away. Wait until the first payment has been made into your new bank account before closing the old one.

If you or your spouse do not have a Social Insurance Number (SIN) issued by the Government of Canada, please contact us
by telephone.
Québec Pension Plan
Complete the
International Direct Deposit form and use the
Sending a document online service. You can consult the
list of the countries or territories where direct deposit is available.
Public-sector pension plans (RREGOP,
PPMP, etc.)
In Canada
Complete the
Application for Direct Deposit in a Financial Institution Located in Canada form (RSP-110) and use the
Sending a document online service.
Outside Canada
Complete the
Application for Direct Deposit Outside Canada form (RSP-118) and use the
Sending a document online service.
