This report deals with three additional subjects that were examined during our 2010 survey on client satisfaction: the Régie's role in financial planning for retirement, the cost of services as well as self-service options. The first two subjects are covered in the overall survey, and the goal was to try a new way of surveying clients. The questions on self-service options give the Régie an idea of how receptive its clients are to these new services.
Based on the results, the Régie's clients are satisfied with its role in financial planning for retirement. Clients want to be informed of the cost of services and feel that the Régie should encourage clients to use the least expensive ones. Lastly, they are favourable to using self-services.
